Our PET sheet extrusion machine adopts twin-screw extrusion technology, with a production capacity of 1000-1500kg/h, which is 50-70% higher than the traditional single-screw extruder. At the same time, the screw speed can reach 600rpm, which is much higher than the industry average of 400rpm. This high-speed production capacity allows the production line to complete orders faster and meet customers' large-volume needs.
High-precision Production
The temperature control accuracy of the PET sheet extrusion machine reaches ±0.5°C, which is better than the industry standard of ±2°C. This ensures that the thickness uniformity of the PET sheet is controlled within ±1%, far exceeding the requirement of ±3% of the national standard GB/T 36420-2018. At the same time, our quality inspection system uses high-precision laser sensors to monitor the thickness of the sheet in real time with an accuracy of 0.001mm.
Energy Saving And Environmental Protection
Our PET sheet extrusion machine uses IE4 ultra-high efficiency motors with an efficiency of up to 96.8%, which can save 15-20% of energy consumption compared to ordinary IE2 motors. At the same time, the heat recovery system of the PET sheet extruder can recover 85% of the waste heat for preheating raw materials, saving 30-40kWh of electricity per hour.
