Plastic thermoforming machine, also known as multi station thermoforming machine, is a new type of equipment developed to reduce labor costs and stabilize production when producing high-yield and low consumption products. It is generally divided into three station and four station models, with the latter having an additional punching station. This machine mainly produces disposable items such as egg trays, plastic meal boxes, cup lids, fruit packaging boxes, etc.

The Sinoplast thermoforming machine is divided into two types of forming plate surfaces: 780 * 540mm, and 780 * 650mm. The larger the size of the forming plate surface of the equipment, the more cavities the mold can open, and the higher the output. The machine is suitable for materials such as PP, PET, PS, etc. When using PET sheets for production, the maximum operating speed can reach 45 molds per minute, and when using PP sheets, the maximum operating speed can reach 30 molds per minute. Of course, this is also related to the depth of the product and the thickness of the sheet. The deeper the product, the longer the forming time.

This machine adopts a brand new design concept and a future oriented control system. Due to the different operating parameters of each set of molds, we have added a save function in the equipment program. After the engineer debugs the mold in the factory, the parameters will be saved. The next time the mold is used for production, simply click start and the machine will run according to the previously saved parameters
