Products Description
Plastic thermoforming equipment, also known as multi station thermoforming machines, consists of three or four stations. Compared to three station thermoforming machines, four station thermoforming machines have an additional punching station, typically used for producing products such as fruit trays and seedling boxes. Compared to the three station thermoforming machine, the four station thermoforming machine is more flexible. When producing products that do not require punching, a four station thermoforming machine can also be used for production. The operator only needs to install molds for three workstations: molding, cutting, and stacking.


Sinoplast thermoforming equipment is divided into two forming layouts: 780 * 540mm, and 780 * 650mm. If you have high production requirements, you can choose our 780 * 650mm molding and layout equipment. To increase production, it is not only necessary to improve the production speed of the equipment, but also to have more mold cavities. The larger the molding layout of the equipment, the more mold cavities can be manufactured. Meanwhile, our equipment can achieve a speed of 35-40 molds per minute during normal production processes. Three workstations are equipped with six Siemens servo motors, and four workstations are equipped with eight Siemens servo motors, making machine production more precise and greatly improving equipment quality
Meanwhile, our equipment is also equipped with safety protection devices. If the machine runs too fast during the production process and a workstation cannot keep up with the speed, the equipment will automatically stop to avoid damage. After shutdown, the operator only needs to use the reset button on the touch screen to restore each workstation of the machine to its initial position and reduce the production speed to restart production
After customers order our equipment, there is no need to worry about subsequent operational issues. The machine will be delivered to the customer's factory, and we will send an engineer to the customer's factory for installation, debugging, and guidance on subsequent operations, mold replacement, and maintenance. In terms of maintenance, we suggest that customers regularly check the drive structure of the machine for damage during production. If there is any damage, it should be reported to the manufacturer in a timely manner. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly replace the lubricating oil for lubrication. If the lubricating oil is not replaced during long-term production, it is easy to cause damage to the drive structure of the machine.
