PP plastic extrusion production line is an industrial production equipment used to process polypropylene (PP) plastics. It processes PP raw materials into various plastic products, such as PP sheets, PP pipes, PP plates, PP films, etc. through processes such as melting, extrusion, and molding.

Vacuum Degassing System
Our PP plastic extrusion production line adopts a vacuum degassing system. Its vacuum degree can reach -0.098MPa, which is 30% higher than the traditional system. Therefore, the volatile substances and moisture generated during the extrusion process can be effectively removed. This reduces the bubble content of our products to below 0.01% and increases the light transmittance by 15%.

Efficient Production
Our PP plastic extrusion production line adopts twin-screw extrusion technology, and its production efficiency is 50-80% higher than that of traditional single-screw. Moreover, the screw speed can reach 1200rpm, while conventional equipment is only 600-800rpm. Therefore, the production capacity of our production line can reach 1000kg/h, which is twice that of similar single-screw equipment.

High-precision Production
Our PP plastic extrusion production line adopts a 16-segment temperature control system. The temperature error of each segment is controlled within ±0.5℃, which is better than the industry average of ±2℃. At the same time, the melt pressure fluctuation is controlled within ±0.5MPa, ensuring the uniformity of the extruded material. This precise control reduces the product defect rate from the industry average of 3-5% to less than 0.5%.
