Efficient Production
Our polystyrene sheet production machine uses twin-screw extrusion technology to improve the shearing and mixing efficiency of the material. Therefore, the maximum production line speed of our equipment can reach 80 meters/minute, which is 50% higher than that of single-screw extrusion equipment. The daily production capacity of a single line can reach 25 tons, which is twice that of traditional equipment.
Precise Control
The temperature control accuracy of our polystyrene sheet production machine reaches ±0.1°C, the pressure control accuracy is ±0.01MPa, and the speed control accuracy can reach ±0.1m/min. This high-precision control allows the thickness deviation of the sheets we produce to be controlled within ±0.02mm, which is far better than the industry standard of ±0.05mm.
Strong Durability
Our polystyrene sheet production machine is made of aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and S355JR high-strength steel, and the frame strength is 40% higher than that of ordinary steel. Key components such as screws and barrels are made of high-nitrogen stainless steel, whose surface hardness reaches HV1200 and wear resistance is increased by 80%. Therefore, the overall design life of the equipment exceeds 20 years, which is twice the industry average.
