Daily maintenance and care of plastic thermoforming machines is a key link to ensure their stable operation, extend their service life and ensure production safety.

1. Perform daily cleaning work
Cleaning the surface of the machine: Use appropriate detergents and rags to remove oil stains, dust and other impurities on the machine. Please avoid using acidic, alkaline or highly corrosive cleaning products to prevent adverse effects on the surface of the equipment. Be sure to avoid using overly hard objects to clean the surface of the machine to prevent possible scratches or damage.
Regarding the internal cleaning of the equipment: Dust and other impurities in the equipment need to be removed regularly, especially those areas that come into contact with hot pressing plates, heating components, etc., to ensure that there is no residue. It is recommended to use gentle cleaning tools and warm water that will not scratch the surface of the equipment for cleaning, and try to avoid using organic solvents or other chemicals that may cause irritation.

2. Perform lubrication maintenance
In terms of lubrication cycle: According to the number of equipment and the specific needs of production, periodically inject liquid or solid lubricants into each activity area to ensure that the mechanical equipment can work smoothly. The lubrication time cycle needs to be reasonably planned.
In the lubrication part, we place special emphasis on the lubrication of key components such as bearings and connecting rods, in order to reduce their wear and failure.
The third point is to inspect the electrical system
Component inspection: Electrical components should be inspected regularly, including wires, cables and electrical connectors, to ensure that they are in good contact and are not aged or damaged.
Cleaning and dust removal: Electrical components should be thoroughly cleaned and dusted periodically to avoid dust and stains from adversely affecting electrical components.

4. Inspect the heating system
Working condition: Periodically conduct a comprehensive inspection of the heating system, including but not limited to components such as heating plates, heating coils and cables, to ensure that they can operate normally. If any fault or abnormality is detected, it should be repaired or replaced quickly.
Maintenance of the hot press plate: Ensure that the surface of the hot press plate remains smooth and sleek, avoid the intrusion of hard metal objects, and prevent damage to the hot press plate.

5. Replace vulnerable parts
Upper and lower lining plates: The upper and lower lining plates need to be inspected and replaced regularly to ensure that there are no fibers or other impurities between them, so as to ensure the quality of hot pressing and plate surface.
Other easily damaged parts, such as heating tubes and sealing rings, may wear out or age after long-term use, so they need to be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

6. About the equipment environment and its maintenance plan
About the equipment environment: In order to reduce the risk of overall moisture, the equipment should be placed in a relatively dry, well-ventilated and non-corrosive gas environment.
When performing moisture removal operations, dry high-pressure gas, dry cloth or hair dryer should be used regularly to remove moisture from the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment caused by dust and moisture.
Maintenance plan: Based on multiple factors such as the frequency of use of the equipment, the actual condition and the surrounding environment, a targeted maintenance and maintenance plan should be formulated. The plan should cover multiple aspects of work such as cleaning, lubrication, inspection and replacement, and ensure that it is carried out according to the scheduled time.
