Plastic container machines can produce various types of containers through molding technologies and processes, including the following:
I. By Container Form
Bottles
Plastic Bottles: These include water bottles (PET), beverage bottles (e.g. carbonated beverage bottles, juice bottles), medicine bottles (polypropylene or polycarbonate), cosmetics bottles (polypropylene or polypropylene), etc.
Squeezable Bottles: Used to pack viscous liquids such as shampoo, shower gel and sauces; usually made from polyethylene or polypropylene.
Buckets
Plastic Barrels: include food barrels (e.g. cooking oil barrels, condiment buckets), chemical buckets (e.g. paint buckets, detergent buckets), industrial buckets (e.g. lubricating oil buckets), etc.
Foldable drum: Foldable design for easy storage and transport; often used for packing liquid food or non-hazardous chemicals.
Tanker
Food Cans: such as canned fruit, canned meat, and so on, using high barrier materials (such as multi-layer co-extrusion structures) to extend shelf life.
Chemical Cans: Used for storing chemicals such as paints and adhesives and must be corrosive resistant.
Box?
Food boxes: Fast food boxes, fruit boxes, cake boxes, etc., are mainly made of polypropylene or polystyrene, while some require high temperature resistance (e.g. microwave safe containers).
Industrial box: such as parts boxes, tool boxes, etc., emphasizing mechanical strength and durability.
Cups
Drink cups: coffee cups, milk tea, disposable cups, etc., mainly made of polypropylene or polystyrene. Some cups require to be transparent (e.g., jelly cups).
Food Bowl: For fast food or takeout packaging, keep food warm and textured.
Bags
Plastic bags: This includes food packaging bags, shopping bags and garbage bags. While not technically a "container," some devices, (e.g., blown film machines, can produce bag packaging.

II. By Molding Process
Molding Containers
Extrusion Blow Molding: the production of polyethylene, polypropylene as the main raw material of hollow containers (such as bottles, barrels, cans, etc.).
Injection Blow Molding: the production of high precision small containers (such as medicine bottles, cosmetics bottles), injection molding and blow molding processes combined process.
Stretch blow molding: Production of biaxially oriented containers (such as PET beverages bottles) for transparency and mechanical strength.
Thermoforming containers:
Vacuum molding: Heating plastic sheets and making them adhere to molds to form products, producing fruit boxes, food trays, etc.
Compression molding: Combining mechanical pressure and heating to produce structurally complex containerssuch as lidded lunch boxes.
Injection molding containers:
Boxes, cups and plates: Molded plastic is injected into molds under high pressure to create structurally accurate containerssuch as medicine boxes and cosmetic containers.
Rotational molding vessel:
Large hollow containers, such as water tanks and chemical drums, in which plastic is uniformly attached to the inner wall by rotating molds.
III. By Material and Function
High barrier packagings:
Multi-layer co-extrusion structure: such as low-density polyethylene/ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) multi-layer bottles used to store easily oxidized foods such as mayonnaise and ketchup.
Polyester stretch Bottle: Has excellent barrier properties and is suitable for carbonated beverages or cooking oil packaging.
High-Temperature Resistant Containers
Polycarbonate (PC) bottle: can kill bacteria at temperatures above 120°C and is used in baby bottles or high-temperature juice bottles.
Polypropylene Food Containers: Microwave-resistant and suitable for reuse.
Environmentally Friendly and Biodegradable Containers
Bio-based Plastic Containers such as polylactic acid (PLA) materials are used in disposable tableware or food packaging to reduce environmental pollution.
IV. INTRODUCTION By Application Region
Food Packaging Containers
Including bottles, barrels, cans, boxes, cups, etc., must comply with food safety standards (e.g., non-toxic, oil-resistant, acid-resistant, alkaline-resistant).
Chemical containers for daily use
Such as shampoo bottles, shower gel bottle, makeup bottle, and so on, focusing on appearance design and barrier properties.
Pharmaceutical Packaging Containers
Such as medicine bottles, medicine boxes, infusion bags, etc., requires high precision, asepsis, chemical corrosion resistance.
Industrial Packaging Containers
Such as chemical drums, paint cans, lubricating oil drums, etc., require corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, strong sealing.
