The heating system adopts German Elstein heating elements, which enables the equipment to save electricity costs during production at the customer's factory. The molding system consists of upper and lower molds, which are opened and closed using hydraulic or pneumatic power. When the material is heated to a certain temperature, it is sent into the forming mold by the transmission device, and then formed into a product through vacuum adsorption or pressure. After cooling, it is automatically transported to the cutting device by the conveyor belt and cut according to the required size.
