The most important part for a machine is its driving method. In order to ensure better stability during production, we will change the previous cam drive to eccentric wheel drive. The purpose of this is firstly to improve production efficiency and secondly to ensure the quality of the machine during long-term production processes. At the same time, each bearing of our equipment is made of imported materials to ensure that it is not easily damaged.
Our servo plastic cup making machine is equipped with three servo motors, one for driving the stretching of the lower die stage and the other for feeding. All of them use Yaskawa brand servo motors, which enable our customers to improve the accuracy and speed of their products during production.
