SP-780/680 fully automatic thermoforming machine, with four workstations of forming punching cutting stacking, is mainly used for manufacturing various plastic packaging for food packaging or industrial packaging, such as boxes, trays, plates, packaging boxes, bowls, lids, suitable for PP/PS/PET and biodegradable thermoformed plastic sheets, etc. Nowadays, we have improved several major functions of the equipment as follows:
1. Cost calculation: In order to provide customers with a clearer understanding of the electricity cost and output used in the production process, we have added a new program to the plastic thermoforming machine. Customers can input the local electricity cost per kilowatt hour into the equipment, and the machine will automatically calculate the electricity cost and hourly output during the production process.
2. Mold heating at the cutting station: Under prolonged production, the cutting blades at the cutting station may wear out, causing the molded products to be unable to be cut, ultimately making stacking impossible. Therefore, we added a heating function to the mold to make it easier to cut during cutting
3. One click mold locking function: This function is extremely user-friendly for customers who want to produce multiple products, greatly improving the speed of mold replacement. Customers only need to place the mold on the workstation and push it in through our mold locking button to adjust the upper and lower molds.

A: Yes, we can provide samples for customer reference. Additionally, if customers have products they wish to create, they can send us samples. Our designer will create mold drawings based on these samples.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance before dispatch.
Q: How will the shipment be made?
A: Our equipment will be transported by sea, while samples will be shipped by air through courier companies.
Q: How do I install the machine?
A: We will send a technician to your factory to install the machine and train your workers on its use. You will need to cover all related costs, including visa charges, round-trip tickets, hotel accommodation, meals, and technician salary.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: The warranty period is 13 months from the date of shipment from our factory. During this period, spare parts are free of charge except for damages caused by human factors. Beyond the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for spare part charges and shipping costs.
