Since the establishment of Sinoplast, we have sold over 300 thermoforming machines to plastic packaging factories. And we have established distributors in countries such as Vietnam and Egypt. We are also very grateful for the trust our customers have placed in our company. We established a new factory in 2023 and expect it to be put into use in May 2025.
SP-780 and SP-680 are plastic thermoforming machines with different molding layouts that we have launched for the foreign market. Customers can choose based on their demand for production volume. If the production demand is high, you can choose the equipment with SP-780 * 650MM molding layout, which mainly produces plastic packaging products such as disposable fruit trays, lunch boxes, egg trays, etc. The fastest running speed can reach 40 cycles per minute, and of course, the operating speed of the equipment also depends on the depth of the materials produced by the customer and the thickness of the sheets. We generally recommend that customers adjust the speed to 30-35 molds per minute during normal production, so that the products produced will not only have better molding effects but also be more machine friendly.
Our thermoforming machines have now been sold to over 30 countries around the world. After customers order equipment from our company, they do not need to worry about the operation of the machine or the debugging of the mold. After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, we will send an engineer to install and debug it, and guide them on the subsequent operation and maintenance of the equipment.
